Rehearsal, Ceremony & Reception Package
(Package price based upon approximately 16 hours of coordinaton)
Initial consultation
Unlimited phone call and email exchange
Provide wedding etiquette and protocol guidance
Assist in selection of ceremony site, by request
Provide local vendor referrals
Assist with music selection, by request
Week-of meeting with event coordinator
Confirmation of vendor contract (48) hours prior to event
Create and manage event time line
Direct and oversee rehearsal
Arrive at ceremony (3) hours prior to wedding
Assist with decorating and set-up of ceremony and reception site
Assist with gown, attendant's attire.
Distribute all wedding florals, bouquet, corsages and boutinnieres
Oversee ceremony,execute all aspects of ceremony until bridal party departs.
Direct vendors and be their point-of-contact
Assist and direct receiving line
Assist guests with finding place cards, assigned table and gift table
Assist with bouquet and garter toss
Assist in reception wrap-up and loading gifts
Assist with boxing additional wedding cake, cake top
Packaging and shipping bride's bouquet to*Keepsake Floral
Handles any emergencies as they arise
All other appropriate duties at the request of the couple
*Keepsake Floral Bridal Bouquet Preservation is provided at an additional cost
